Contouring Brushes

Without a doubt, contouring is one of the best ways to give your face a more naturally sculpted look. Needless to say that this requires a great contouring brush in order to do it. Generally speaking, there are many different types of makeup brushes that can be used for contouring. But instead of using a blush brush or a foundation brush, you will better use a brush that is specifically designated for this task.

A contouring brush is about the size of a regular blush/rouge brush but has a very densely bound hair body that will help you create the precise application of your contouring. Contour brushes can either be used with your favorite cream or powder contouring products.

Use your beauty brush to apply the contouring to the hollows of your cheeks, and use a stippling motion to gently work the texture into your skin. As soon as the product starts to blend, switch to a more circular motion and be careful that you keep the product in the intended location.
